About the Exhibit

The J. Gilbert Smith Orchard, planted in 1901, is till producing Blenheim apricots today. This exhibit explores the business side of growing an orchard and producing a profitable crop, and includes photos and items from the Museum’s collection pertaining to the Smith orchard and other local orcharding families.
