About the Exhibit

Not even a decade old when John F. Kennedy was sworn in as President, Los Altos was already working hard to establish itself in the Bay Area. What started as a desire to preserve the community’s small-town feel quickly grew into effective programs and successful social events, spearheaded by devoted officials and citizens alike.
