“Slow Food” Inspired Cooking Class with Joni Sare – Cancelled
Get innovative in the kitchen through improvisation! Attendees will be required to bring a seasonal food item (from the yard or farmer’s market is encouraged!) and Joni will demonstrate how to create a meal with the food that shows up. In each class Joni will share how to think like a chef – however in this last class it will be put into practice –cooking without a recipe with the food that is in season.
