Personal preparedness and planning is important for ALL members of your family when preparing for a disaster, including the special needs of our pets. Jon Boucher, Engineer/Paramedic from the City of Santa Clara Fire Department, will present this free course, which will provide information to help in both the pre-incident preparation as well as the post-incident care of dogs and cats.
*We love animals, but this class is just for humans!
This workshop is free and in support of the exhibition “Our Community Prepares: Acts of Nature, Then and Now” appearing in the Museum’s Main Gallery, noon-4pm, Thursdays-Sundays, October 17 – January 19, 2020.
