Diana Chan is a creative innovator with a passion for cooking and baking.  Born in Shanghai, China, she grew up in Hong Kong and Brazil where she watched her family’s Chinese chef prepare simple daily meals and elaborate banquet dishes. Through observation, she learned the principles of Chinese cooking: cutting, marinating, steaming, braising, and stir-frying. She enjoys creating new Chinese fusion recipes with a nutritious focus. Her first published book was, Easy‘n Healthy Cooking: Chinese, Fusion, and Western Cuisine.
