Kids aged 10-14yrs, come learn how to cook Mexican food with local chef, Sharon Barkoff, in this hands-on, fun-filled cooking demonstration that you will love to prepare at home. You will taste all the items you have helped prepare and take recipes home. Hip aprons provided with the class!
Sharon Barkoff graduated from San Francisco State University, was hired as a 1st grade teacher in San Francisco, and later taught 2nd grade at Almond School in Los Altos. She pursued a philosophy of innovation in the classroom where cooking became a weekly lesson involving all the modalities. Students were ecstatic, and parents were delighted by their children’s show of independence, self-assurance, and efficiency in the kitchen. After leaving the elementary classroom, Chef Sharon opened Children’s Culinary Creations motivated by parents to expand her cooking endeavor.
For kids: 10-14yrs
