Kids aged 10-14yrs, come learn how to cook Italian food with local chef, Antonio Suarez of Aldo Los Altos, in this hands-on, fun-filled cooking demonstration that you will love to prepare at home. You will taste all the items you have helped prepare and take recipes home. Hip aprons provided with the class!
Chef Antonio Suarez was born in Michoacán, Mexico and moved to Modesto, California in 1993. Chef Suarez began his cooking career at Pasta Pomodoro in San Francisco in 2003. In 2005, he joined Donato DeMarchi at Vino Cocina and came with him when Chef DeMarchi opened Aldo Los Altos. After a year, DeMarchi turned Aldo Los Altos over to Chef Suarez who has continued the proud tradition of serving authentic Italian cuisine for 15 years.
For kids: 10-14yrs
Registration and payment required in advance. Fee: $20/class. Space limited to 8/class.

This program is in support of the exhibition “Silicon Valley Eats: A Taste for Innovation” appearing in the Museum’s Main Gallery, noon-4pm, Thursdays-Sundays, May 2 – September 8, 2019.
