Pay homage to our agricultural history and to those who toil in the fields today at this exhibition opening.
The opening reception includes remarks by Dr. Ward at 3:15pm, followed by members of The Garden Club of Los Altos, Canopy, and the Museum’s Garden Committee tossing a ceremonial shovel of dirt around the planting of a new heritage apricot tree. Guests will enjoy music by Blue Flamingo Quartet, catered snacks from Handheld Catering and wine samples from Tank House Winery.
This event is FREE.
Registration is not required.
This event is in support of the exhibition “In the Fields of the North / En Los Campos del Norte” appearing in the Museum’s Main Gallery, noon-4pm, Thursdays-Sundays, March 19 – June 21, 2020.
