Attend a private, history-led tour of this estate developed by San Francisco businessman Milton Haas. In 1934 Haas purchased the 35-acre Los Altos Hills property to develop a luxurious country retreat. He engaged prominent San Francisco architects to design a $250,000, 17-room English-style manor, an immense sum at that time, as well as built outbuildings and accommodations. The property was considered among the finest on the San Francisco Peninsula.

Adobe Creek Lodge, as the property was called, underwent several ownership changes. In 1961, owner David Belluci attempted to run it commercially, but in the late-1980’s these attempts ended. Today the property is situated on six of the remaining 35 acres and has been accurately renovated and restored by current owners Bob and Susan Wayman, who have owned it since 1994.
