The Los Altos History Museum (“LAHM”) respects the privacy of its patrons when visiting the LAHM website, purchasing a membership, making a donation or buying an event or program ticket. Memberships and Donations
When you purchase a membership or make a donation to LAHM, LAHM will ask you to provide the Personal Information needed to process your membership and/or to acknowledge your contribution. Photography at the Museum and Expectation of Privacy During In-Person Visits
Still photography and short smartphone videos (“Photography”) are generally allowed at LAHM, both at exhibits and special events, for non-commercial use only. For certain exhibits, Photography may be restricted or prohibited at LAHM’s discretion. Professional or commercial photographers wishing to take pictures should contact LAHM for permission.
LAHM is a public place and photography is generally permitted. Visitors coming to LAHM acknowledge and accept that there is no expectation of privacy when visiting LAHM in person.
