The Los Altos History Museum held a block party July 20 at the museum for residents of the historical North Los Altos Neighborhood, welcoming them to exchange stories; enjoy food, drinks and entertainment; and view old neighborhood photographs on a large screen.
Attendees witnessed the neighborhood’s evolution by viewing houses that have stood since as early as 1912, as well as empty lots that once held cherished homes.

Elisabeth Ward, center, executive director of the museum, observes as neighborhood residents pass the mic to share experiences.

New museum member, Cindy Board O’Gorman, center, greets block party guests.
