Gilbert Smith House. Currently the patio is a very popular venue for evening weddings and other special events. The new lighting design makes the patio a more welcoming space for these and additional evening community events. Targeted fundraising goal is $25,000.

“The Los Altos History Museum is a local treasure. By publicizing the Crab Feed to non-members, we hope to gain new supporters and introduce then to a long-standing Los Altos tradition,” says Marilyn Henderson, Board President. “We are proud that this event is still going strong for 30 years!”
The annual Crab Feed supports the Los Altos History Museum, dedicated to preserving and sharing local history to enrich our community and to shape a more informed future. The Museum and J. Gilbert Smith House are open Thursday through Sunday, from noon-4pm and are located at 51 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos, CA 94022. The gardens, outdoor agricultural exhibits and picnic area are accessible beyond Museum hours.
