Facility Rentals:

Current Rental Rates
Weddings: Mid-April through Mid-October
All Saturdays
  • $4,000 rental fee
  • $500 application fee
  • $1,000 refundable security deposit
Fridays and Sundays
  • $3,100 rental fee
  • $500 application fee
  • $1,000 refundable security deposit
3-hour Garden Ceremony: Fridays/Sundays only, or during week by permissin; does not include above stated features.
  • $1,500 rental fee
  • $500 application fee
  • $1000 refundable security deposit
Non-Wedding, Special Occasions
Anniversaries, birthdays, corporate parties, reunions. Does not include Saturdays (for Saturday events, see above Wedding rates)
  • Garden Rental - $250 per hour (four hour minimum)
  • Kitchen additional $125 per hour
  • $500 application fee
  • $1,000 refundable security deposit

The History Museum complex is admission FREE.

Visitors are welcome to enjoy the gardens even when the house
and museum are closed. Picnic tables are available for lunch under the heritage oaks.
We are closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
